Adult Ballet
Traditional ballet class focusing on developing balance, coordination, strength and musicality through carefully structured exercises. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned dancer this class offers a welcoming environment to grow in confidence, strength and artistry.​

Ballet Fitness
This class offers a full body workout through ballet based movements designed to improve strength, posture and flexibility. It combines dynamic, barre inspired exercises along with some mat work. Open to all abilities and fitness levels this class encourages you to challenge your own personal fitness.
